HOWS THE QUALITY?

It’s our most asked question. And no matter what we say - it’s just going to come across as a sales pitch. Just because they have a cheap price tag please don’t get the impression they are of poor quality. At Arbteeth are extremely proud to supply Australia with very high quality aftermarket stump grinder teeth.

Understandably there will always be skeptical people, and rightly so with us being relativity new to the market. The only way we can prove ourselves is by you giving them a run and seeing first hand how they handle and seeing how much money you’ll save in the long run.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

We are located in Shellharbour, NSW. We are a 100% online based store, meaning we have no shop front. The money we save from having no shop front and low overheads is passed onto our customers in the price of teeth.

 

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH ARBTEETH?

We're very dedicated to bringing you a product that meets or exceeds your expectations. If you're unhappy please reach out to us. Every tooth that is sent is thoroughly inspected before being packed for customer assurance. We are more than happy to replace or refund products with manufacturing defects in the unlikely event that they do arise, all we'll ask for is some high quality photos and a run down of the issue.


HOW QUICK WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We post orders daily via Auspost or courier. Generally all orders made before 10am will be sent on the same day, orders made after this or out of normal business hours will be sent the following morning. If you're in a hurry please opt to get the express postage and well do our best to get the order out ASAP.

 

DO YOU HAVE A DISCOUNTS FOR LARGE BULK ORDERS?

Yes we do! If you are interested in buying a bulk quantity (250pcs+) for personal use or resale please get in touch with us via e-mail and let us know exactly what your after and we'll get back to you with rates.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALY?

Yes we do! Currently only to New Zealand


RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Our returns and refund policy ensures that you can shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original unused condition. Please contact us via phone or email for assistance with the return.
